MISEDUCATION : An Analysis

EFFECTS OF Miseducation within the United States among Black Youth

When it comes to the school systems,  are there disadvantages from not implementing an effective educational curriculum that incorporates wealth as well as black pre-slavery  history  for all youth. What are the effects of a miseducated Youth. Why is our education limited, is it because they fear our past history will motivate us .. 



   Withal, when it comes to the Miseducation, and miss representation of black and brown youth within the public school sector, it is omnipotent that white youth are taught the successes of their culture while black and brown use our thought about the negation of their culture and heritage within that same school system. Dr. Carter G Woodson once said in his Miseducation of the black man novel that. “If you can control a man's thinking you do not have to worry about his action. When you determine what a man shall think you do not have to concern yourself about what he will do.“ More  importantly, there are many disadvantages for not  implementing an educational curriculum, the better befits, black and brown students.


One should note that the self-esteem and self were black and brown you have for themselves become diminish without the proper educational curricula. Simultaneously discrimination and racism is reinforced within the same school system that is supposed to illuminate amid youth populace . Notwithstanding the fact,, the improper education have on youth based upon their societal environment. Many black and brown, you’ve suffered from a diminished quality of life , and yet school reinforces the same problematics that many youth suffer from within that same environment. Also, one should make a note of how school affects  youth populace rather than  negatively or educate.

Based upon the previous mentioned, elucidation, one example of such indoctrination would be only educating black and brown youth about their history from the 14th century and above. Wow, negating any black, brown, central, American, African history from the 14th century and under , one would not be educated upon the successes of their own people by eliminating pre-colonial  African and American history . According to “ Ivan Van Sertima’s, they were here before Columbus” many pre-slavery, black and brown achievements are purposely left out of the school curriculum in textbooks to keep youth subjacent. This can be shown through the fact that many black and brown youth are frequently indoctrinated about the down fall of Black people hence the fact that many of their contribution, achievements  are left out of the American public school system. Dr. Carter G Woodson also stated in his novel that one will not teach you the necessary knowledge that will overthrow them.”  This would therefore substantiate the beforementioned explication that solidifies the reinforcement application and discrimination within the American public schools factor. This would also underscore fact that the cultural achievements and successes would  come undermined as the American Public School System heredities the fact that many important and necessary courses are left out within the criteria and curriculum for most standard American public school. For instance, agriculture, woodwork farming, as well as any other important courses are withheld from the school system’s curriculum criteria and and Strategem.
